We offer our products at discounted prices for schools and educational professionals as well as at retail prices for
private customers. Please note that prices displayed on this website are for school customers. Schools pricing is available
for schools and educational professionals only. Please note: prices for our California Algebra I Textbook Program include
shipping and handling costs. All other product prices do not include these costs.

We make every effort to ensure all prices on this site are completely up-to-date, however, please note that your final order total may be adjusted and then confirmed with you by our Order team (see Ordering note below). In the case of any amends to pricing, we will always confirm with you before taking any payment. We also strive to ensure all product shown on the site is visible wherever possible – except where it may be identified clearly as not yet available. 7. Ordering
This site provides downloadable PDF order forms for schools customers for our products. These forms give all product
prices for school customers before any tax or discount and will not process payments automatically.

For school or district customers, please send your completed order form via fax or post, or alternatively email the book code or ISBN
identifiers of your selected products and the quantity of each you require.

Our Order Fulfilment team will calculate any discounts as well as shipping & handling costs incurred. If there is any
query with the pricing, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of any changes. We will not process any
payments without advising you of any changes beforehand. On receipt of your confirmation we will ship your order.
If we receive your order promptly we aim to despatch the same day and always within three working days. We offer an
additional paid service for next day delivery.
We offer free shipping & handling on orders over 20 books where possible, with a charge of $5.00 for orders of
20 books or fewer. Please note that the shipping discount excludes our Algebra I Textbook program supplied in California,
which includes shipping and handling in the cover price for each item.
8. Losses
CGP will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you
